Casa Bela - Holiday villa rental rates
As a family ourselves we appreciate the importance of a good holiday, and dealing with all of the costs involved. We have therefore set everything up so you can make the most of the villa by catering for yourselves. There are plenty of local beaches and outdoor things to do which cost very little, or you can eat out and go out on lots of trips - you can simply suit yourselves.
Please note that we allow renting of Casa Bela on a flexible changeover basis, being able to arrive and depart away from the weekend can make our villa particularly cost effective to rent compared to those with a Saturday changeover only.
If you book your villa rental directly with us you can save again by not paying the booking fee often charged on many directory websites.
Rental rates are for the entire property.

Changeover day The preferred changeover day is Saturday but we will try be flexible - if organised and agreed in advance. Please plan to arrive between 16:00 to 19:00 and depart by 10:00 latest. Respecting these times allows us to properly clean and prepare the villa. It may be possible for luggage to be dropped/collected at a pre-arranged time on arrival/departure days, if this helps.
Booking Policy A 25% non-returnable deposit, minimum £150.00, secures booking. Balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. A damage deposit of £250 is required which will be returned within 14 days of completing the holiday.
PayPal payments accepted - 3% surcharge. Credit card payments via PayPal accepted - 3% surcharge.
